We ship worldwide from [CITY], India.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are packed and dispatched within 7 business days. Orders placed on
weekends or Indian public holidays are processed the next working day.
We'd rather check every piece properly than rush it out the door — you'll get a
tracking number the moment your order ships.

DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated transit time after dispatch, using express courier:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, weather and carrier
delays can extend them. Total time from order to doorstep is the processing time
plus the transit time above.

CARRIERS
We ship via express courier services with full international tracking.

TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. It can
take 24–48 hours to start updating — this is normal, and doesn't mean anything
is wrong.

DUTIES AND TAXES — ALREADY HANDLED
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties and taxes are calculated and
collected at checkout, and we remit them on your behalf.

What this means for you: the price at checkout is the final price. You won't be
asked for extra payment before your parcel is released, and there's no customs
paperwork for you to deal with.

If a carrier ever does request a payment from you, don't pay it — contact us at
[EMAIL] with the details and we'll sort it out directly with them.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. We
can't redirect a parcel once it's shipped, and we can't cover the cost of
reshipping an order returned due to an incorrect address.

DELAYS
Once a parcel is with the carrier, it's out of our hands — but we'll chase it
for you. Email [EMAIL] with your order number and we'll follow up directly.

PACKAGING
Every order arrives in [PACKAGING]. If you'd like a gift note included, add it
in the notes field at checkout — we'll write it out and leave the prices off.
